June 2009: A "things to do" issue if indeed there ever was one! We begin our tour at Liv's Oyster Bar in Old Saybrook and leave with a satisfied grin Then on for a little shopping with our friends Lu and Les at Southern Exposure. Then, note-to-self, every Thursday is Boules at the Bee & Thistle inn in Old Lyme. Did you hear that Soundmusic will be hosting live music at Harkness Park this summer? The International Festival of Arts and Ideas in New Haven... Yup,So much to See!!! Visit their website for schedules and dates.
May 2009: A tribute to a soldier in honor of memorial day. In "Ten Men Down" John Sloan III recalls a mission in his own words. Next, it's all good at Hooker Brewery in Bloomfield. Old Saybrook's ComputerSIGNS has been docorating shoreline towns for years, learn more. Lyme Academy College of Art in Old Lyme is a place where talent is never in short supply. Then in "Home Again" an 18th century home in Westbrook is disassembled to be relocated. A green story indeed!
April 2009: Spring at last and it is a welcome site. First we travel to Essex with the owners of Weekend Kitchen. Next up a feature on David Dorfman Dance Connecticut College's  company-in-residence. Then it is on to Sun-Up Gallery in Westerly/Watch Hill, RI. The international Peace belt and Artists for World Peace are leading by example and is our next feature. Last but not least we peek into the creative mind of Chester photographer Jody Dole. In one word "impressive."


March 2009: In this issue we feature the Community Music School in Essex. The beat goes on for the Chorus of Westerly. With Beautiful costumes, colors and backdrops, Divine Performing Arts provides and evening of dance and culture at the Bushnell in Hartford. Artist Martha Link Walsh creates beautiful images with cut paper. The Savvy Tea Gourmet travels the world to bring back tea for their shop in Madison.

February 2009: The Spa at Norwich Inn shines in our February issue. Love is in the air and in our feature "Love Stories" we visit with three couples who share their views of being together and staying that way. Next we take a peek into Connecticut's vintage dance scene. From there we go north and enjoy a wild ride with Eden Dog Sledding Tours. Artist Barkley Hendricks shows his cool, then Chester Connecticut's Restaurant Du Village serves it up hot!

January 2009: Alpacas are pretty cute! Check them out at New England Alpacas in Killingworth. Maritime artist Russ Kramer of Stonington has a way with paint. His paintings put you aboard the boat - so hang on. Next a story about a storyteller, a tale about  a spinner of yarns. Tom Lee - Storyteller. Next to the Wadsworth Atheneum for a visit to the Ballets Russes. Lasttly it's chocolate to the rescue, a benefit to The American Red Cross held at the Waters Edge in Westbrook.
