Vegan Asian Cooking Class | September 11 | 6:30 – 10 pm

Asian/Thai cooking is full of lovely exotic flavors.  We get many requests for Thai classes but these dishes rely heavily on fish sauce and other animal related ingredients.  In this Asian inspired class our Vegan menu guru Emily Florentino will show us how to make these dishes vegan!  From vegan sushi to Bahn mi sandwiches we have you covered!

Menu

  • Loaded Thai sweet potato skins (vegan, gluten free)
  • Seitan satay with peanut dipping sauce (vegan)
  • Thai green curry with cauiflower rice or Jackfruit (if avaiable) (vegan, gluten free)
  • Vegan sushi (vegan, gluten free)
  • Seared tofu bahn mi sandwiches with quick pickled vegatables (vegan, gluten free option)
  • Asian soup in a tea pot (vegan, gluten free option)
  • Mochi ice cream sandwiches (vegan, gluten free)- made ahead
  • BYOB
