Feed The Beast Challenge with Chef Surge from Herd | September 3 | 8:30 – 11 pm

Our own Chef Daniel Sergi will be competing at this years Feed the Beast: Knife or Death. This is a culinary competition. Two chefs from different restaurants battle it out every Monday night @ 4 Eat & Drink in Farmington, CT. A pre-battle cocktail and welcoming hour starts at 8:30 pm, the mystery basket ingredients will be released at 9:45 pm, and knives start chopping at 10:00 pm. Chefs have 1 hour to create as many dishes as they would like for the panel of judges, all of which must use at least one of the basket ingredients, however points will be awarded for using multiple basket ingredients in the same dish. Views of the kitchen will be streaming live on all TV screens, and guest bartenders will be pouring all sorts of drink and cocktail specials. Cost is $25 at the door.
