Hartford Art Sled Derby! | February 10 | 11 am – 2 pm

Sometimes winter is hard. So why not be positive, get creative, and have some fun! Build a one of a kind artistic snow sled and get together with a few hundred of your closest friends! Share, encourage, and cheer each other on as we all go sledding together!

Be Creative! Have Fun! Go Sledding!

Here’s how to build an “Art Sled”…

Step 1: Grab an already existing sled, or anything that will slide on the snow.
Step 2: Have Fun!
Step 3: Be Creative! Add decorations, sculpture, lights, flags, banners, fabric, construction, ANYTHING YOU WANT!
Step 4: Have Fun!
Step 5: Bring your ART SLED to the park.
Step 6: Have FUN!
Step 7: Slide down the Hill! and…
Step 8: HAVE FUN!

So, as you can see, it’s all about fun. There will be judges and awards, in many different categories, we’re open to suggestions.
