Priam Vineyards Summer unWINEd Concert series continues Friday, July 27, with Nightshift, a dynamic ’60s, ’70s and ’80s cover band made up of five of Connecticut’s most well-known and experienced musicians. Nightshift plays popular, fun, songs that audiences of all ages love to dance to and sing to. Food will be sold onsite by Mystic Oyster Company, Whey Station and The Classic Scoop; concert goers may also bring their own picnics. With more than 5,000 square feet of tent and tasting room space to enjoy the music, Priam concerts are held rain or shine.

Priam Vineyards is a solar-powered winery and sustainable vineyard nestled in the Salmon River Watershed area on the Connecticut Wine Trail at 11 Shailor Hill Road off Route 149 in Colchester. Priam was recently named 2018 Connecticut Winery of the Year at the NY International Wine Competition. Its thirteen international award-winning wines are estate grown, blended, bottled and cellared on premises. Nightshift band members have been part of Connecticut’s music scene for many years. Wint Fenderson is the main voice of Nightshift; Kenny Hicks (keyboards and vocals); Brian Camilleri (electric bass guitar and vocals); Fred Bretthauer (lead guitar and vocals); and Mark Carter (the group’s dynamic drummer). Nightshift’s song list includes crowd favorites ranging from Chicago, Moody Blues, The Doors, The Doobie Brothers and Badfinger to Tom Petty, Elton John, Bruce Springsteen, Jimmy Buffet and more.
