Sunday Brunch Cooking Class – Weekend Kitchen | March 3 | 6:30 – 10 pm

Chef Angela Salvatore of Gâteau Marche

Pastry Chef Angela Salvatore of Gâteau Marche will teach us how to throw the perfect Sunday brunch!  We will learn to make a flaky, buttery quiche crust and use your leftovers to make a delicious custard filling without a recipe. Angela’s scones are unbelievable- you will want to learn to make these!  In addition to the loveliest scones on the planet we will learn to make lemon curd!  And what’s brunch without a cocktail?  We will make a classic brunch cocktail- the French 75!
