Explore the flavors of Thailand with Chef Angela Salvatore. Learn to make all of your favorite dishes with the authentic ingredients. From familiar items like lemongrass, fish sauce and palm sugar to the more obscure ingredients such as kaffir lime leaves, galangal and preserved turnips, you’ll learn what goes into the most popular noodle dish, pad thai. You’ll toast the spices and pound the herbs to make a curry paste from scratch. And end the meal with a delicious coconut sticky rice and creamy fresh mangoes.
