Learn how to cook some favorite savory dishes at Weekend Kitchen’s cooking class “Fresh Pasta a la Grano with Chef Joel Gargano” on Monday, February 26th at 6:30pm.

I love love love Chester’s new restaurant Grano Arso! Chef Joel Gargano hit a home run with his newly opened restaurant- I can’t get enough of his food! I hope that you will go and fall in love with it too! The roasted carrot bagna cauda was mind-blowing. His pasta is sublime! Did you know he even mills his own flour? Each time, I finish the meal with the butterscotch budino- yum!
Chef Joel is no stranger to teaching cooking either. In fact he taught at the institute of culinary education (ICE). I didn’t even have to beg him to teach a class- he offered!
In this class Chef Gargano will teach how to make some of Nancy’s favorite offerings from his restaurant.
