Celebrate Hygge with Danish Foods at Weekend Kitchen | February 20 | 6:30 – 10 pm

People are talking about the Danish concept of Hygge (pronounced hue-guh) which evokes a feeling of coziness and togetherness to celebrate everyday moments. It’s the way that Scandinavian countries deal with their long and dark winters. We feel that our cozy kitchen and gathering of students to learn to cook and share a meal embodies this concept. Chef Dawn Bruckner of La Belle Aurore restaurant in Niantic will be back in our kitchen to teach us how to cook some wonderful Scandinavian dishes.
