Alforno To Host Fall Wine Dinner | November 12 | 6:30 pm

Alforno Trattoria in Old Saybrook will host a Harvest Wine Dinner Tuesday, November 12th at 6:30 p.m. Wines from a variety of Northern Italian wineries will be paired with a four-course dinner. Guest speaker Kate Cassidy of Dalla Terra Imports will provide commentary on the wines.

The evening will begin with an aperitivo of Adami Prosecco Garbel. The entrée will be boneless stuffed guinea hen over warm farro salad with roasted butternut squash and Brussels sprouts.
