Clean Eating Gluten Free Thanksgiving Boot Camp | November 6 | 6:30 – 10 pm

Thanksgiving is a wonderful holiday centered around food, family and friends.  Now more than ever, we are eating cleaner and healthier.  You may have a vegetarian or vegan coming to your holiday gathering.  This class will give you the tools you need to make this the healthiest and yummiest Thanksgiving ever!  These recipes are also awesome anytime- not just for Thanksgiving!  We will also cover basic techniques including knife skills and proper handling of poultry.

  • Roast Spatchcock Turkey with Mustard and Sage
  • Onion and Sage Vegetarian Gravy
  • Vegetable Stuffing with Shallots, Chard, Gluten Free Cornbread and Quinoa
  • Garlic Cauliflower – “mashed Potatoes”
  • Roasted Butternut Squash and Beets with Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
  • Clean Eating Green Bean and Mushroom Casserole
  • Vanilla Maple Cranberry Sauce with Thyme
